I shall answer it more fully when I have Professor Goring's reply.

As you know pars. 2, 3, and 4 of our regulations allows the participation of everyone, quite apart from his political or religious convictions.
The question of race is not mentioned at all.
I should be much obliged if you could give me the list of those names which have aroused the discussion.
1 cannot and shall not exclude non-Aryan speakers.
The only condition on which I insist is that everybody, Aryan or non-Aryan, refrains from making remarks apt to arouse the political psychosis of our days.
If a speaker should trespass this limit, I should stop him right away.
A scientific Congress is not the place to indulge in political follies.
